Privacy Policy

In short
Blitzchapter has no account, no ads and no analytics. Your books, progress, notes and settings stay on your device: we have no access to them.
1. Data controller
SnouzyLabs S.R.L., Strada Fagului 40F, 077010 Afumați, jud. Ilfov, Romania. Contact: hello@snouzylabs.com.
2. What stays on your device
The books you add, your position in each book, your highlights and notes, your settings, your streak and your reminders are stored only on your device. They may be included in your device backups (iCloud, for example), depending on your Apple settings.
Reminders are notifications scheduled on your device: no server sends them.
When you save a quote card, the app adds it to your photo library with your permission; it doesn't read your photos.
3. Premium purchases
Payments go through Apple; we never see your payment details.
To check your subscription, the app uses RevenueCat (RevenueCat, Inc., United States). RevenueCat receives an anonymous identifier created by the app and the purchase information sent by Apple: product, dates, renewal status, country and currency. Legal basis: performance of the subscription contract. This data is kept for as long as the subscription exists, then for the period required by our accounting obligations.
This transfer outside the European Union is covered by the European Commission's standard contractual clauses.
4. When you write to us
If you contact support, we use your email address and your message to reply to you. We keep them while we handle your request, then for three years at most.
5. The blitzchapter.com website
The website uses no cookies, no analytics and no fonts loaded from a third-party service. Our host, Cloudflare, processes technical data (IP address, browser) to serve the pages and protect the site against attacks.
6. Your rights
You can request access to, correction, erasure, restriction or portability of your data, and object to its processing, by writing to hello@snouzylabs.com. Since your reading data never leaves your device, erasing it means deleting the app.
You can also lodge a complaint with the data protection authority in your country (for example the ICO in the UK) or with the Romanian authority (ANSPDCP).
7. Changes
If this policy changes, the date at the top of the page changes too; if there is a significant change, the app will let you know.
